New Bowls, Baskets, Nests & More!

Hi all,

So it’s been a little while since we’ve posted here (not that we’ve been lazy at all, more the opposite really, just super busy!) and we thought it was about time to update everyone on what’s been happening at Princess & the Pea!

This year has seen us move into a new office/storage area, which means that we’ve been able to finally expand our gorgeous range of newborn photography props.  This includes more beautiful bowls, baskets, nests, and larger newborn props!

Our amazing Woven Jute Floral Bowl is back!  Such a beautiful newborn prop, this bowl is sturdy, large and just so pretty with its gorgeous floral design! It’s been positively flying out of the store, and no wonder – it is so versatile. Use stuffed with blankets & fillers for newborns, older babies and even sitters.  The possibilities are endless!

Our beautiful Vintage Lace Bowl has always been popular.  It’s another one of our props that is so pretty and classic!  Use it for a little newborn or for a sitter session – there is no limit to the number of uses you’ll get!  If you love our Vintage Lace Bowl, we’ve also added a stunning NEW Deep Vintage Lace Bowl to our collection!  It’s very similar to our original bowl, except has straighter sides and is deeper.  Both bowls are just beautiful, giving that amazing shabby & vintage touch to your newborn sessions!  How will you choose? 😉

One of the brand new additions to our larger prop range are our beautiful Mossy Twig Nests.  Gorgeous and organic, these nests are perfect for using at outdoor sessions (for a wonderful rustic & natural effect!)  Beccy Rose Photography has used our nest beautifully – such adorable images (thanks Rebecca!).

We’ll have many more gorgeous new bowls & baskets coming up over the next few months – so make sure you stay tuned to the store!

Hello, I wanted to ask, how are they delivered? Do I have to set it up? Do they come with the flowers? Are they really big? Do I assemble it all together when it arrives? Do you ship to Melbourne, Australia?

      Hi Fatme,

I deliver my props via courier and yes definitely ship to Melbourne (I’m in Sydney). The store is closed right now but will reopen next week – you will be able to view all details in store then :)
